Outsports hosted one last Zoom video conference Friday night for anyone and everyone who wanted to join us in conversation, shared stories, and to feel connected. Just as we did every Friday night for several months, we got together again Friday night for our final community chat of the summer, something that we called The QuaranTeam. With August almost upon us, I decided Friday night was our last one for awhile. As before, this Zoom meeting was invitation-only and specifically dedicated to our Outsports family of fans, athletes, all of our readers and followers on social media. Friday night we talked for an hour with as many as 20 people participating. And those who are shy or not yet out have never had to activate their cameras or microphones if they chose not to. Our Zoom meetings are a safe space.
